Packaging and Shipping

– All printings will be shipped within one to two weeks from the date of purchase. If the shipments are delayed more than two weeks, you will be notified with the new expected shipping date and offer the option of refund if you choose not to wait
– In case that the artwork is requested to be printed on paper only, the work will be wrapped in a roll and shipped via Aramex, and ensuring that it arrives in excellent condition. In case of any damage to the artwork due to shipping, contact us immediately and an alternative copy will be sent as soon as possible
– The printings are wrapped securely and placed in a wooden box which is made for the artwork to protect it in case that it is requested with a frame and mat board

Quality Assurance

– A full refund of the amount of purchase up to SAR 15,000 for any artwork that is returned in new condition, within 30 days of receiving the work (the amount does not include fees and shipping costs to return the artwork).
– In case of shipping issues, and this is unlikely to happen, the customer will received a full refund
– In case of any print damaged, it will be replaced.
– Refunds will not be returned for prints that have been damaged due to storage or carelessness issues by the customer.
– Artworks and prints should be stored and used in a dry room away from direct sunlight.
